What BankrollHQ is
BankrollHQ is a tool for recording and reporting your own poker results — cash sessions and tournament entries — either typed in by hand or read from files your poker room already writes. It computes profit, ROI and related figures from what you enter or import. It does not place bets, does not facilitate real-money play, and does not run alongside a poker client while you play.
Your account
You sign in with an emailed one-time code or a GitHub account — there is no password to set, forget or reuse. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address or GitHub account your sign-in depends on. One account is scoped to the person who created it; there is no shared or team access today.
Your data
Everything you enter or import is yours. BankrollHQ never records another player's identity, cards, or actions — only the results you report for yourself, so there is nothing here to share or leak about anyone but you. You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from the Account page; deletion removes every session, entry and imported-file record without a recovery window.
Billing
BankrollHQ is free to use today. A paid plan is wired into the billing system but switched off — nothing is charged, and no payment card is stored by this application at any point (a future paid plan would be billed through Stripe, which handles card data directly). If that changes, this page will say so before it happens, not after.
Acceptable use
Use BankrollHQ for your own results. Don't attempt to access another account's data, don't upload files containing anyone else's hands or personal information, and don't use the service in a way that violates a poker room's own terms of service — you're responsible for your own standing with the rooms you play at, not BankrollHQ.
No gambling or financial advice
BankrollHQ reports what already happened. It does not recommend stakes, games, or bankroll decisions, and nothing it shows should be read as advice about whether or how to gamble. Poker involves real financial risk; play within limits you have decided for yourself.
Availability
BankrollHQ is provided "as is," without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that every figure it computes is free of error — the underlying math is tested and reviewed, but no software is infallible. Don't rely on it as your sole record for anything you can't afford to lose track of.
Changes
This page may change as the product does. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continuing to use BankrollHQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
